Squeeze a five pence piece size amount into palm of hand. Dab on cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin, then blend outward. For sunscreen use, apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.

If you need more coverage in certain areas, add a light touch of concealer afterward and blend for a smooth appearence.
